This vibrant dish combines the delicate texture of misoa noodles with tender beef and a robust black pepper flavor, creating a harmonious and satisfying meal. Ideal for those who enjoy a blend of savory and spicy, this recipe brings together simple ingredients to create a delightful experience.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of misoa (approximately 200 grams)
  • 1/4 kg beef (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • 5 red chilies (adjust to taste)
  • A handful of bok choy (or other leafy greens)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:
Begin by cutting the beef into small cubes. Boil the beef in a pot of boiling water until fully cooked. Once done, drain the beef and set aside, reserving the beef stock for later use.

  2. Prepare the Seasonings:
Crush the garlic and black pepper together until finely ground.

  3. Prepare the Vegetables:
Slice the green onions, bok choy, red chilies, and tomato according to your preference.

  4. Cook the Base:
In a large pan, heat a little oil and sauté the garlic and black pepper mixture until fragrant. Add 250 ml of the reserved beef stock to the pan.

  5. Add the Misoa:
Introduce the misoa noodles to the pan and cook until they are about halfway done.

  6. Combine Ingredients:
Add the cooked beef cubes along with the sliced green onions, bok choy, red chilies, and tomato to the pan. Stir well.

  7. Season and Cook:
Sprinkle in the sugar and salt. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Continue to cook the mixture until everything is well combined and the misoa noodles are fully cooked.

  8. Serve:
Once everything is cooked through and flavors are well-balanced, serve hot.

This Misoa Sapi Lada Hitam is perfect for a quick and flavorful meal that brings together the warmth of beef, the crispness of fresh vegetables, and the spice of black pepper. Enjoy!
