Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kilo thinly sliced beef (or to your preference)
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cm piece of ginger, smashed
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (dissolved in 50-100 ml water)
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili peppers, sliced (adjust to heat preference)
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:

    • Clean the sliced beef thoroughly. To eliminate any unwanted odor, marinate the beef with lime juice for a few minutes. After marinating, rinse the beef under clean water and drain.
  2. Cook the Aromatics:
