Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 large green chilies, sliced
  • 10 small bird’s eye chilies, sliced
  • 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons white pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in water
  • Salt and seasoning to taste
  • Water, as needed
  • Vegetable oil, for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef: Begin by boiling the beef cubes briefly to remove any unpleasant odor. Drain and set aside.

  2. Prep the Vegetables: Dice the bell pepper and onion, and set them aside. Slice the green chilies and bird’s eye chilies. Mince the garlic.
