Black Pepper Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams beef (cleaned and cut into desired pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Saori Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Saori oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 onion (sliced lengthwise)
  • 3 large red chilies (diagonally sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons coarse black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (dissolved in a little water)
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef: Combine the cleaned beef with sweet soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  2. Prepare the Aromatics: Heat a small amount of butter in a pan and sauté the sliced onion until it becomes translucent.

  3. Cook the Beef: Add the marinated beef to the pan with the sautéed onions. Stir-fry until the beef is browned.

  4. Add the Spices: Mix in the coarse black pepper, sliced red chilies, and the cornstarch mixture. Adjust the sweetness with sugar according to your taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

  5. Simmer and Serve: Cook until the beef is tender and the sauce has reduced. Adjust seasoning as needed.

  6. Enjoy: Serve the black pepper beef hot. Start with a heartfelt “Bismillah” and enjoy your meal!
