Sapi Lada Hitam Hokyaa Hokyaa

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 kg Beef, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 4 Red Chilies (remove seeds, cut into squares)
  • 3 Green Chilies (remove seeds, cut into squares)
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Ground Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Beef broth, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef: Begin by boiling the beef until tender. Once done, set aside the beef broth for later use.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a pan, heat the margarine over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sliced onion. Sauté until the onion becomes soft and fragrant.
