Black Pepper Beef with Green Chilies
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of beef
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 6 green chilies
- 1 tomato
- 2 tablespoons black pepper sauce
- 3 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

Prepare the Beef:
- Rinse the beef thoroughly and slice it thinly.

Sauté the Aromatics:
- Thinly slice the onion and chop the garlic. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until they become fragrant and translucent.
