Spicy Black Pepper Chicken Sausage Stir-Fry

Ayam Sosis Lada Hitam ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams chicken breast
  • 2 chicken sausages
  • 1 packet Saori oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste

Steps:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
    • Slice the chicken sausages into rounds.
    • Coarsely chop the garlic and half of the onion.
    • Cut the tomato lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. Cook the Aromatics:

    • In a pan over medium heat, sautรฉ the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Chicken and Sausages:

    • Add the chicken cubes to the pan and sautรฉ briefly.
    • Add a bit of water to the pan.
    • Incorporate the sausage slices, oyster sauce, and sweet soy sauce.
    • Season with salt, black pepper, and sugar to taste. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  4. Add the Tomatoes:

    • Once the chicken and sausages are almost cooked through, add the tomato slices to the pan.
  5. Serve:

    • Continue cooking until everything is well-cooked and the flavors have melded together.
    • Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
