Ingredients:
- 1 strip rice noodles
- 2 blocks white tofu
- 2 eggs
- 1 stalk green onion
- 3 red birdโs eye chilies
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons salt
- ยฝ tablespoon chicken or vegetable bouillon powder
- 2 tablespoons white pepper
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- Oyster sauce
- Chili sauce

- Begin by boiling the rice noodles according to the package instructions until they are tender. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

- Gently crumble the tofu into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
