Tahu Cabe Garam Lada Hitam
Ingredients

| Yellow tofu (cut into cubes) | 5 pieces | 
| Cornstarch | 2 tablespoons | 
| All-purpose flour | 5 tablespoons | 
| Red shallots (sliced) | 2 cloves | 
| Garlic (sliced) | 2 cloves | 
| Curly red chili peppers (sliced) | 2 pieces | 
| Curly green chili peppers (sliced) | 2 pieces | 
| Onion (sliced) | 1/2 piece | 
| Green onion (sliced, green part only) | 1 stalk | 
| Ground black pepper | To taste | 
| Salt | To taste | 
| Sugar | To taste | 
| Bouillon powder | To taste | 
Instructions

In a covered container, combine the cornstarch and all-purpose flour. Add the tofu cubes, cover tightly, and shake gently until the tofu is evenly coated in the flour mixture. Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated tofu until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In a separate pan, heat a little margarine or oil. Sauté the sliced shallots, garlic, and chilies until fragrant. Season with salt, sugar, ground black pepper, and bouillon powder. Gently stir in the fried tofu, mixing well. Cook for a brief moment to allow the flavors to meld, then turn off the heat. Serve warm and enjoy this flavorful dish! Related Articles
