Fire Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 80 grams Kentucky fried chicken flour (brand: Sasa)
- 1 egg
For the Fire Sauce:
- 200 grams red chilies
- 50 grams bird’s eye chilies
- 3 cloves garlic, to taste
- 8 shallots, to taste
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes
- 50 grams chili sauce
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- Brown sugar, to taste
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions:

Boil the cleaned chicken wings until cooked (approximately 10-15 minutes).

Blend red chilies, bird’s eye chilies, garlic, shallots, and tomatoes until smooth.

Once the chicken wings are cooked, drain them. Dip each wing into beaten egg, then coat with Kentucky fried chicken flour. Fry until golden brown.

For the sauce, sautΓ© the blended mixture until fragrant. Add kaffir lime leaves, chili sauce, brown sugar, white sugar, and salt. Cook until thickened.

Once the sauce is ready, add the fried chicken wings. Stir until evenly coated.
