Spicy Steamed Egg Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 75 grams grated Cheddar cheese (Kraft preferred)
- 1 packet of Bon Cabe (level 15)
- 3 tablespoons thick coconut milk
- 200 ml water

In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the eggs, Bon Cabe seasoning, and thick coconut milk. Stir until well blended.

Add the grated Cheddar cheese to the mixture. Continue to whisk until the cheese starts to break down and incorporate into the batter. Gradually add the water while stirring gently to minimize the formation of bubbles.

Prepare a steamer by bringing water to a boil. Pour the egg mixture into a heatproof mold or bowl suitable for steaming.

Cover the steamer with a cloth to prevent condensation from dripping onto the mixture. Steam for 10 minutes, or until the egg is fully cooked and set.
