Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 5 chicken wings, cut into 2 parts each

  • A pinch of coriander seeds
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 7 tablespoons crispy all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 sachets of Boncabe level 15 (a spicy seasoning mix)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • A little sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

For the Cheese Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons UHT milk
  • 1 sachet cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cheesy potato seasoning mix

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Clean the chicken wings thoroughly. To eliminate any unpleasant odors, rub them with lime juice and let them sit for 5 minutes.
    • After marinating, boil the wings with crushed coriander seeds and garlic until they are fully cooked. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Coatings:
