Tumis Sawi with Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1/4 head of Chinese mustard greens (sawi), chopped
- 100 grams of chicken breast, diced
- Red chilies, to taste
- Shallots, to taste
- Garlic, to taste
- Oyster sauce
- Chicken seasoning (Royco)
- Cooking oil
Steps:
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash and clean the Chinese mustard greens and chicken. Slice the red chilies, shallots, and garlic into thin pieces.
- Heat Oil: In a pan, heat some cooking oil over medium heat.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add the sliced red chilies, shallots, and garlic to the pan. Sauté until they release their aromatic flavors.
- Cook Chicken: Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until it’s no longer pink.
- Add Flavor: Pour in the oyster sauce and sprinkle the chicken seasoning (Royco) to taste. Stir well to combine.
