Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Begin by prepping the shrimp. Remove the heads, peel off the shells, and carefully remove the intestines using the tip of a knife.
    • Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Slice the fresh chili pepper finely.
    • Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and membranes, then slice them into thin strips.
    • Separate the broccoli into small florets.
    • Slice the leek into thin rounds.
  2. Cook the Chicken and Shrimp:

    • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. This will be used for cooking the noodles later.
    • Heat a wok or a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add half of the vegetable oil.

  4. Cook the Noodles:

    • Meanwhile, cook the noodles in the boiling salted water according to package instructions (usually around 5 minutes). Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  5. Combine and Serve:

    • Once the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked chicken and shrimp back to the wok, mixing everything together.
    • Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss everything to combine. The heat will warm up the noodles, and the soy sauce and vegetable juices will infuse them with flavor.
