Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 envelope of fajita mix
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Chicken Mixture:

    • In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook together the chicken breasts, onions, and garlic until the chicken is cooked through and the onions are tender.
  2. Chop and Transfer:

  3. Season with Fajita Mix:
