Ingredients:

- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- Galangal (crushed, to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
- Seasoning powder (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

Prepare the Eggs: Boil the eggs until hard-cooked, peel off the shells, and pierce the eggs with a fork (this helps prevent splattering when frying). Fry the eggs until golden, then drain and set aside.
