Tahu Cabe Garam

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Firm tofu 5 medium pieces, cubed
All-purpose flour To coat the tofu
Garlic 5 cloves, roughly chopped
Curly red chilies 5, sliced
Bird’s eye chilies 10, sliced (adjust for spice)
Salt To taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the tofu into medium-sized cubes and then either roll or sprinkle them with all-purpose flour until evenly coated.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden brown. Once done, remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed, and sauté the chopped garlic, curly red chilies, and bird’s eye chilies until fragrant.
  4. Arrange the fried tofu on a serving plate and generously top it with the sautéed garlic and chili mixture. Season with salt according to your taste.
  5. Serve immediately while the tofu is still warm for the ultimate flavor experience. Enjoy!
