Tahu Cabe Garam
Ingredients:
- 1 large firm tofu (tahu putih)
- 5 red Thai chili peppers (cabe rawit merah), sliced
- 3 cloves garlic (bawang putih), sliced
- 3 shallots (bawang merah), sliced
- Seasoning powder (Masako) to taste
- Cooking oil, as needed
- All-purpose seasoning flour
Instructions:

Prepare the Tofu:
- Cut the tofu into small, bite-sized cubes.

- Place the tofu cubes in a bowl with all-purpose seasoning flour and a pinch of seasoning powder. Toss well to coat evenly.

- Heat enough cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the tofu cubes until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
