Instructions:

Cook ground beef, sausage, onion, and garlic: In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef, sausage, onion, and garlic clove until the meat is browned, stirring to break up the pieces.

Drain well: Once browned, drain the mixture well to remove excess fat.
