Fried Chicken with Spicy Tempeh and Potatoes (Goreng Ayam, Tempe Balado)

| Tempeh | 1/2 block (about 200 grams) |
| Potatoes | 2 large-sized |
| Cooking oil | As needed for frying |
| For the Spice Paste: | |
| Red chili peppers (curly) | 12 pieces |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Shallots | 5 pieces |
| Tomatoes | 2 medium-sized |
| Salt | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Flavor enhancer (optional) | A pinch |
Instructions:

Prepare and Fry the Ingredients:
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Start by frying the tempeh until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Next, fry the potatoes until they are cooked through and golden. Remove and set aside.
- Before frying the chicken, marinate it with a squeeze of lime juice and a sprinkle of salt. Fry the chicken until slightly golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Make the Spice Paste:
- Using a mortar and pestle or a food processor, grind the chili peppers, garlic, shallots, and tomatoes into a smooth paste.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the spice paste until fragrant and fully cooked. Season with salt and a little flavor enhancer if desired.

Combine:
- Add the fried tempeh, potatoes, and chicken to the cooked spice paste. Stir gently until all the ingredients are well coated with the spicy mixture.

Serve:
- Once everything is mixed well, remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious Goreng Ayam with Tempe Balado!
