Sambal Ikan Kembung

Ingredients

3 ekor Ikan kembung
2 buah Cabe tanjung
8 buah Cabe rawit orange
10 siung Bawang merah
1 sdt Masako sapi
1/2 sdt Garam
1 1/2 sdt Gula pasir
6 sdm Minyak goreng

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fish: Start by frying the ikan kembung until fully cooked. Once done, separate the flesh from the bones and set aside.
