Spicy Chicken Onion Indomie Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Indomie Chicken Onion flavor
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 3-6 bird’s eye chilies (adjust to taste)
- Water, as needed
Steps:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- While waiting for the water to boil, place the Indomie seasoning into a bowl and add the chopped green onion.
- Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions.
- While the noodles are cooking, use a mortar and pestle to crush the garlic and chilies into a fine paste.
- Once the noodles are cooked, transfer them along with the broth into the bowl containing the seasoning and green onions.
- Add the crushed garlic and chili paste to the bowl and stir well to combine.
- Your Spicy Chicken Onion Indomie Soup is ready to be served. Enjoy!
