Stir-Fried Beef with Green Curly Chilies

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 10 green curly chilies, sliced diagonally
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cooking oil

Steps

  1. Prepare the Beef:

    • Begin by thoroughly washing the beef and then slicing it thinly. Place the slices in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Mince the garlic, slice the onions, and diagonally cut the green curly chilies.
