Stir-Fried Beef with Green Curly Chilies
Ingredients
- 200 grams of beef, thinly sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 10 green curly chilies, sliced diagonally
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- Sweet soy sauce, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cooking oil
Steps
-
Prepare the Beef:
- Begin by thoroughly washing the beef and then slicing it thinly. Place the slices in a bowl and set aside.
-
Prepare the Vegetables:
- Mince the garlic, slice the onions, and diagonally cut the green curly chilies.
-
Marinate the Beef:
- Combine the minced garlic with the sliced beef and add sweet soy sauce. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
-
Heat the Oil:
- In a non-stick frying pan, add the cooking oil and spread it evenly across the surface. Heat the oil until it’s hot.
-
Cook the Beef:
- Once the oil is hot, add the beef slices one by one. Stir-fry, flipping the slices occasionally to ensure both sides are cooked evenly.
-
Add Vegetables:
- When the beef is almost cooked, add the sliced onions and green curly chilies. Stir-fry until the onions are translucent and the chilies are slightly softened.
-
Season the Dish:
- Add Worcestershire sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the seasonings are well distributed. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
-
Serve:
- Transfer the stir-fried beef to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice.
Enjoy your flavorful and aromatic stir-fried beef with green curly chilies, a perfect dish for any meal!
