Stir-Fried Mackerel with Green Chilies

Ingredients:

  • 1 mackerel (tongkol)
  • 3 shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 1 leek
  • 8 green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Sugar, salt, and seasoning powder (Royco) to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mackerel:

    • Fry the mackerel until it is cooked through and golden brown.
    • Allow it to cool slightly, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare the Ingredients:
