Ingredients:
- 4 eggs (boiled, peeled, and halved)
- 1 cup green peas
- 200 grams paneer (cubed)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3 green chilies
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp garam masala powder
- ¼ cup fresh coriander (chopped)

Prepare Ingredients:
Start by prepping all the ingredients. Cut the boiled eggs in half and set them aside. -
Fry the Paneer:
In a kadhai (wok), heat some oil. Add the paneer cubes and fry them until they turn golden brown. Once done, remove them and set them aside. -
Sauté Onions and Spices:
In the same kadhai, add a little more oil. Sauté the chopped onions and green chilies until the onions turn golden brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes. -
Cook the Tomato Puree:
Add the tomato puree and cook for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid burning. -
Add Dry Spices:
Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder (excluding garam masala) to the mixture and mix well. -
Simmer the Curry:
Add the green peas and 1.5 cups of warm water. Let the curry simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend. -
Add Eggs and Paneer:
Add the fried paneer cubes and boiled eggs to the curry and cook for 3 more minutes. -
Finish the Dish:
Stir in the garam masala powder and fresh coriander leaves. Mix everything well and turn off the heat. Let it sit covered for 10 minutes. -
