Telur Rebus with Sambal Matah DEBM

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Indomie Sambal Matah seasoning (use only the seasoning mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml water

Instructions:

  1. Boil the Water: Begin by bringing the water to a boil in a medium-sized pot.

  2. Cook the Eggs: Once the water is boiling, gently add the eggs. Stir the eggs gently to ensure they cook evenly, but be careful not to break them apart.

  3. Prepare the Seasoning: While the eggs are cooking, place the Indomie Sambal Matah seasoning mix into a bowl. Add a small amount of the hot water from the pot to the seasoning mix. Stir until the seasoning is well combined and forms a smooth paste.

  4. Combine and Serve: Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, turn off the heat. Carefully transfer the eggs and some of the hot water from the pot into the bowl with the sambal matah seasoning. Stir everything together until the eggs are well coated with the seasoning.

  5. Enjoy Warm: Serve the Telur Rebus with Sambal Matah DEBM warm and enjoy this flavorful dish.
