Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of beef, cut into slices
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Small chili peppers, to taste
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Begin by slicing the onion and mincing the garlic. Set them aside.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics:

    • Heat a pan and add a little oil or, for a richer flavor, use butter.
    • Sauté the onion and garlic until they become soft and fragrant.
  3. Cook the Beef:

    • Add the sliced beef to the pan and stir-fry until it is almost cooked through but still tender. Avoid overcooking to keep the beef juicy.
  4. Add the Sauces and Seasonings:
