Ingredients:

  • 350 grams chicken, cut into pieces
  • Spice Paste:
    • 5 shallots
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 1-inch piece of turmeric
    • 1-inch piece of galangal

    • Sugar
    • Salt
    • Chicken broth powder
    • Pepper
    • A pinch of coriander powder
    • 1 lemongrass, bruised
    • 2 bay leaves
  • Fillings:

    • Bean sprouts (tauge)
    • Fried shallots

Steps:
