Ingredients:
- 5 eggs (hard-boiled)
- 3 blocks of tofu (cubed)
- 1 kaffir lime leaf (finely sliced)

- Chicken seasoning powder (to taste)
For the Spice Paste:
- 10 red chilies (adjust according to your heat preference)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 shallots
- 3 candlenuts
