Ingredients:

- 8 pieces of white tofu
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- To taste: Royco chicken seasoning
- To taste: Salt
- To taste: Sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
For the Spicy Sauce:
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 shallots
- 1/2 onion
- 5 red curly chilies
- 15 bird’s eye chilies
- 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 4 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 red chili, sliced thinly
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 tablespoon salt
- To taste: Soy sauce
- To taste: Sugar
- Cooking oil
- Water

- Start by mashing the tofu in a bowl. Squeeze out excess water to ensure the tofu mixture is firm.
- Add the minced garlic, egg, ground black pepper, sugar, and Royco chicken seasoning to the tofu. Mix well.
- Incorporate the all-purpose flour and baking powder into the mixture. Mix until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into small, round balls according to your preference.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the tofu balls until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
