  • 7 bird’s eye chilies (sliced)
  • 5 scallions (chopped)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • Oil (for sautéing)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tomatoes:

    • Slice the tomatoes into halves.
    • Lightly roast them on a hot griddle or skillet until they develop a slightly charred skin. Set aside to drain.
