Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 4 shallots
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 large red chilies
  • 2 candlenuts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Royco seasoning, to taste
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Spice Paste: Begin by blending the shallots, garlic, red chilies, and candlenuts into a smooth paste. Heat a pan over medium heat, add a little cooking oil, and sauté the spice paste until it becomes fragrant.

  2. Season the Paste: Once the paste is aromatic, add the salt and Royco seasoning to taste. Stir well to combine.

  3. Cook the Eggs: Crack the eggs one at a time into the sautéed spice paste, ensuring each egg is well mixed with the paste. Continue to cook on low heat, stirring gently to prevent sticking and ensuring the eggs cook evenly.

  4. Manage the Cooking: As the eggs begin to firm up, add a bit more cooking oil around the edges of the pan. Gently lift and stir the mixture to prevent sticking. Allow the eggs to cook until they are mostly set. If necessary, use a spatula to carefully flip the mixture.

  5. Flip the Egg Mixture: If flipping the eggs is challenging, use a slotted spoon or spatula to help with the process.

  6. Finish Cooking: Cook the eggs until fully set and golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and let drain on paper towels.

  7. Serve: Once done, cut into portions and serve hot. Enjoy your Telor Dadar Bumbu Rasa Telor Bader as a flavorful and satisfying dish!
