Bawang putih 4 cloves
Cabai kriting 15 pieces
Cabai rawit 10 pieces (adjust for spice)
Cabai merah besar 5 pieces (or substitute with cabai kriting)
Daun jeruk 3 leaves
Daun salam 2 leaves
Serai 2 stalks (bruised)
Jeruk nipis 1 (juiced)
Air 50 ml

Instructions
