- 4 red bird’s eye chilies
- 4 curly red chilies
- 5 shallots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Salt (to taste)

- Blend the red bird’s eye chilies, curly red chilies, shallots, and garlic together until smooth. Add salt to taste and set aside.

- In a large bowl, combine the mashed tofu, finely sliced scallions, and corned beef. Mix well.
- Add the prepared spice paste to the bowl along with the beef bouillon powder. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
