Ingredients
- 3 pieces of white tofu, half-fried, cut into cubes
- 2 leaves of white cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons of large bean sprouts, soaked briefly in hot water, drained
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into small cubes
- 1 red tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fried shallots
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
Ingredients to be Ground:
- 5 bird’s eye chilies
- 1 large red chili
- 2 shallots
- 2 tablespoons fried peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted shrimp paste
- Palm sugar
- Salt
- Royco seasoning
- 1 clove garlic
- Hot water

Prepare the Sauce:
- Fry the chilies and shallots before grinding.
- Grind the fried chilies and shallots together with raw garlic, fried peanuts, palm sugar, roasted shrimp paste, salt, and Royco seasoning.
- Add 1/2 cup of hot water to the mixture and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, then set aside.
