For the Ground Spices:

  • 300 grams Ground Chili (adjust to taste; you can use 100 grams of ground chili plus 50 grams of bird’s eye chili for extra heat)
  • 8 Shallots
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Pieces Ginger
  • 2 Candlenuts
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions:
