Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 shallots
- 1 kaffir lime leaf
- 4 small chili peppers (cabai rawit)
- 5 red chili peppers
- Salt, to taste
- ½ piece of palm sugar (gula jawa)
- Water, as needed
- 2 pieces of tongkol tuna
- 1 tomato

- Clean and cut the tongkol tuna into pieces.
- Fry the tuna pieces until they are half-cooked. Set aside.
