Spicy Keto Chicken Wings #ketopad
Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken wings, cut into 2 pieces
- Salt
- 1 lemon
- For the blended spice paste:
- 5 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 15 red bird’s eye chilies
- 10 green bird’s eye chilies
- 3 red chilies
- 3 bird’s eye chilies (cabe gendot)
- 1 stalk lemongrass, white part only
Instructions:

Season the chicken wings with salt and juice from half of the lemon. Set aside.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken wings until they are cooked through. Set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the shallots, garlic, all types of chilies, and lemongrass until fragrant and slightly wilted.

Season the sautéed mixture with salt and any additional seasoning as desired. Stir well and remove from heat.

Arrange the fried chicken wings on a serving plate. Pour the sautéed spice mixture over the wings. Squeeze the remaining lemon juice on top.
