Spicy Tuna Fusilli
Ingredients:
- 1 package fusilli pasta
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks lemongrass, thinly sliced
- 1 can tuna
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- If butter is unavailable, substitute with 5 tablespoons oil
- 10-15 bird’s eye chilies (Thai chilies), whole or sliced
- Sufficient water to boil the fusilli
Instructions:

Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Add fusilli pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, heat butter (or oil if using) over medium heat. Add minced garlic, sliced lemongrass, and bird’s eye chilies. Sauté until fragrant.

Add the canned tuna to the pan, breaking it apart with a spatula and mixing well with the garlic and lemongrass.

Once the tuna is heated through and well combined with the other ingredients, add the cooked fusilli pasta to the pan.

Season with salt and black pepper according to taste. Stir well to ensure the pasta is evenly coated with the tuna mixture and spices.
