| Potato, diced | 1 medium |
| Mayonnaise | 1 teaspoon |
| Bon Cabe (spicy chili sauce, level 15) | 1 teaspoon |
| Water | 100 ml or to taste |
| Cooking oil | 5 tablespoons |
| Red onion, finely chopped | 1 clove |
| Garlic, crushed and finely chopped | 1 clove |
| Salt | to taste |
| Sugar | to taste |

| Ginger, finely sliced | 1 slice |
| Turmeric, finely sliced | 1 slice |

Fry the Potatoes: In a pan, heat 5 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and fry until they are halfway cooked.

Sauté Aromatics: Add the finely chopped red onion, garlic, and the ground ginger and turmeric. Sauté until fragrant and the onions are translucent.

Add Sardines: Gently add the canned sardines, followed by 100 ml of water (or adjust to your preferred consistency). Stir to combine.
