Ingredients:
- 1 chicken egg
- 100 ml fresh cow’s milk
- 2 red chilies (adjust according to taste)
- Roico seasoning (to taste)
- Sausages (optional)
Steps:
- Prepare the Ingredients: Start by finely chopping the red chilies. If you are using sausages, slice them into small pieces as well.
- Mix the Egg and Milk: In a bowl, combine the egg, fresh milk, and chopped red chilies. Beat the mixture until it is well blended.
- Heat the Pan: Warm a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan or skillet. Be careful not to use too much oil.
- Cook the Eggs: Once the oil is hot, pour the egg mixture into the pan over low heat. Allow it to cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes.
- Scramble the Eggs: Gently scramble the eggs, and add the Roico seasoning to taste. Continue cooking until the eggs are fully cooked and set.
- Serve: Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate and serve immediately with warm rice.
