Orak Arik Telur Susu (Milk Scrambled Eggs)

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken egg
  • 100 ml fresh cow’s milk
  • 2 red chilies (adjust according to taste)
  • Roico seasoning (to taste)
  • Sausages (optional)

Steps:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by finely chopping the red chilies. If you are using sausages, slice them into small pieces as well.
  2. Mix the Egg and Milk: In a bowl, combine the egg, fresh milk, and chopped red chilies. Beat the mixture until it is well blended.
  3. Heat the Pan: Warm a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan or skillet. Be careful not to use too much oil.
  4. Cook the Eggs: Once the oil is hot, pour the egg mixture into the pan over low heat. Allow it to cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes.
