Instructions
To prepare the Timballo Nduja and Cacio Silano, start by cooking the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water. Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain it and set it aside.
Step 1: While the pasta is cooking, prepare the filling ingredients. Begin by cutting the Caciocavallo Silano cheese in half to make it easier to slice. Then, slice it into strips and proceed to cut it into small cubes.
