Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms and Beef Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack oyster mushrooms
  • 5 beef meatballs
  • 4 bird’s eye chilies
  • 3 red chilies
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Clean the oyster mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces according to your preference.
    • Slice the beef meatballs into pieces that suit your taste.
    • Thinly slice the shallots and garlic.
    • Cut the bird’s eye chilies and red chilies in half.
