Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 ounce red chilies
- 30 bird’s eye chilies
- 5 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small tomato
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Cooking oil, as needed
- Seasoning powder, to taste
- 1 large bay leaf, chopped
Instructions:
- Begin by preparing the chicken. Clean and cut it into pieces. Marinate briefly.
