Fiery Spicy Oyster Sauce Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 ounce red chilies
  • 30 bird’s eye chilies
  • 5 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • Seasoning powder, to taste
  • 1 large bay leaf, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Begin by preparing the chicken. Clean and cut it into pieces. Marinate briefly.
  2. Fry the chicken until desired crispness is achieved.
  3. Coarsely grind the red chilies, bird’s eye chilies, shallots, garlic, and tomato.
  4. Sauté the ground ingredients in a generous amount of cooking oil until fragrant and cooked through. Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.

  6. Adjust the seasoning with salt and seasoning powder to taste.
