Spicy Oyster Sauce Chicken Fillet Delight
Ayam Fillet with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
- 250 grams chicken breast fillet
- 1 clove onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 red chilies
- 3 bird’s eye chilies
- Oyster sauce
- Chili sauce
- Seasoning
Steps:
- 
Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breast fillet into small cubes and wash thoroughly.

Coat the Chicken: Roll the chicken cubes in seasoning flour until they are fully coated.

Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown.
