Ingredients:

- 1 bunch of pete (stink beans), peeled
- 1/4 kg chicken breast, filleted and cut into small cubes
- 1 lime
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 shallots
- 1 tablespoon sambal bajak (a type of Indonesian chili paste)
- Soy sauce (to taste)
- Sweet soy sauce (to taste)
- Salt, sugar, pepper, and seasoning (to taste)
- Cooking oil
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
- Squeeze the lime over the diced chicken pieces, ensuring they are well-coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Allow to marinate briefly. For a glossy appearance, it’s best to fry the chicken briefly before adding it to the dish.

- Finely chop the garlic and shallots.
- Peel the pete (stink beans) and set aside.
