Following this, introduce 6 curry leaves and 2 dry red chillies, letting them sizzle for another 30 seconds to infuse the oil with their flavors.
Next, carefully add the chopped radish leaves to the kadai, stirring them gently to combine with the aromatic base. Allow this mixture to cook for 1 minute, ensuring that the leaves wilt and soften.
