Ingredients:

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 10 radishes, shredded
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon malt vinegar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Shred the cabbage and sprinkle it with sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl.
2 Allow the mixture to sit for at least two hours, allowing the cabbage to leach its juices.
3 Occasionally turn the mixture over a couple of times to ensure even marination.
4 Drain any excess liquid from the bowl.
