20 – 22 Pomegranate seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Rajma Mixture:

    • Begin by mashing the boiled rajma in a large bowl using the back of a fork.
    • Tear the slices of bread into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
    • Finely chop the garlic, onion, green chili, and cilantro. Add them to the bowl along with the pomegranate seeds.
    • Season with salt according to your taste preferences.
    • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Shape and Fry the Patties:

    • Take small portions of the rajma mixture and shape them into round or slightly flattened tikkis (patties).
    • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for shallow frying.
    • Carefully place the patties in the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown on both sides.
