Simple Spicy Egg Omelette
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 large red chili peppers (cayenne), sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon bouillon powder (optional, can be omitted)
- Vegetable oil, as needed

Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the sliced red chili peppers, salt, and ground black pepper. If using, also add the bouillon powder. Beat the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.

Cook the Omelette:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of vegetable oil, ensuring it coats the surface of the pan.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly. Cook until the edges start to set and turn golden brown, then carefully flip the omelette to cook the other side until it is also golden brown and fully cooked.

- Once the omelette is cooked through and golden, remove it from the pan. Cut into portions if desired and serve hot.
